The chefs philosophy was based on serving fresh farm raised, free range organic meats & produce. The theme for the interior contradicted this idea and a "synthetic" philosophy was developed where industrial processes and applications such as injection molding, laser cutting, thermo-formed plastics and recycled rubber were celebrated and integrated into the environment.
